Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services’ of www.shopnowafrica.com website operated by Shop Now Africa.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions of service. In addition, when using any services, you shall be subjected to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Payment Policy
Acceptable methods of payment are Cash on Delivery and MTN Mobile Money.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Goods ordered through this website will be delivered to the customer in and outside Ghana. Deliveries are made to all countries. You can request a delivery address which differs from your personal or invoicing address by selecting it during purchase, provided that it remains within the delivery zones.
Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 12.00 am will be handed to our preferred carrier the same day and delivered within approximately 5 working days within Ghana and 10-12 working days outside Ghana.
Please note: Although it is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on country, destination, weight of item and related parameters.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your country, destination, weight of item and related parameters. Delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of order to the requested address.
Shipment Tracking
You may be able to track your shipment at the link that was sent to your email. Note that the tracking link becomes available within 24 hours from the time the carrier collects your package.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 5 days from the date it’s delivered .
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
How to Return an Item
Package the item, print out the receipt received during purchase, and add it to the item. Ship your item back to Shop Now Africa. Fill out our return and refunds form with details indicated.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
Products purchased from the Shop Now Africa website, using Mobile Money will be refunded to that mobile account within 5 business days,
Cash on delivery clients should indicate their preferred mode of payment on the return form.
